Order Processing
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. We may contact you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders. Customers should inspect the parcel packaging at delivery and report visible damage promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is incorrect, damaged, or eligible for return. Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and returned with original packaging and labels. Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Clearance or final-sale items are returnable only where required or if received defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return

Return shipping responsibility and refund method will be confirmed after review. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the item supplied was incorrect or defective.
